Sustainability at Reinhold Residential

The very essence of Reinhold Residential is in the careful rehabilitation and repurposing of historic buildings, preserving their original details, and maintaining their architectural integrity.  Nowadays, this judicious approach to preservation is what many refer to as ‘green’.  We are proud that being green has been at the core of our business model from the very beginning.  In addition, we strive to include the latest innovations in green technology to make our buildings function as sustainable as possible.  From energy efficient lighting and HVAC systems, to non-toxic cleaning products, paints and finish materials, we strive to make as little an impact on our environment as possible.  Most recently, we have begun a ‘green upgrade’ program in many of our buildings, designing and renovating existing units with 100% sustainable materials.
