History
Reinhold Residential was one of the first developers in the United States to realize the potential beauty of restoring historic architectural gems for residential living. Our legacy of over 30 years work has transformed former factories, warehouses, schools, hotels, hospitals and train stations into first-class residential communities. Our communities preserve the best of the past – hand-carved millwork, exposed brick walls, timbered beam ceilings and dramatic window walls. These historic characteristics blend seamlessly with modern design details and luxurious conveniences to create unique living spaces and extraordinary comfort.
Vision
Reinhold Residential’s vision is to live better as a community.
While we strive to offer the best in contemporary urban living, we’re also working to make the communities in which we develop better places to live. Our commitment to green means that we minimize the environmental impact of our renovations and our living spaces. We maximize energy efficiency and support cleaner, healthier living environments by incorporating “green” products and building methods. Individual buildings offer recycling and trash separation programs. Efficient, fuel-saving public transportation is convenient to our properties and several of our city properties have arrangements with car sharing programs.
We look forward to a future of walkable urbanism where the quality of life for our residents is greatly enhanced by proximity to work, amenities, public transit, entertainment and recreation – all the things that make living in the heart of a great city so desirable.
