The sweet history of the Chocolate Works began in late 1902 when this 5-building complex, located in an area of the city known as “Confectioners Row,” was home to the world-famous Wilbur Chocolate Company. Each of the buildings had a unique architectural style. Some featured Doric columns. Others had detailed cornices and porthole windows.
