The Lofts at Logan View are vintage 1903. The Harrington Hoist Company was the first to develop the site more than a century ago, building a 5-story plant at the corner of 17th & Callowhill. Like most early 20th century industrial buildings, the Harrington was designed with oversized windows, high ceilings, solid brick construction and sweeping open spaces. Today, the Lofts at Logan View are a stunning example of old meets new. Flooded with natural light and retaining its industrial character, this building is transformed as one of Center City’s extraordinary residences.
