WHERE

The neighborhood around the Parkside is known for its artist’s lofts and offers a unique mix of character, culture and convenience. It’s just blocks from Harriet Island, where you can enjoy summer concerts, embark on a ferry ride on the Mississippi. Take in professional sports at the nearby Xcel Energy Center. Walk, bike or jog on the nearby recreational trail that runs the length of the Mississippi into Minneapolis. St. Paul’s Farmers Market, open spring, summer and fall, is just around the corner. Nearby, the famous home of F. Scott Fitzgerald and the hideouts of John Dillinger recall a bygone era. The Parkside is also close to the Federal Courts Building, State Fairgrounds, Union Depot Place, museums and theaters. It’s just a mile from the State Capitol, where daily tours are offered. Best of all, the neighborhood features an appetizing array of over 40 bars and restaurants.
